Description

Nan's Cottage, also known as the Little House, dates from around 1800 or earlier. This two-storey building features two widely spaced sash windows with glazing bars and a central four-panel door. On the ground floor, there are later bay windows on either side of the doorway, which are linked by a tiled roof. The cottage has a modillion eaves cornice and a somewhat steep tiled roof. Nan's Cottage is part of a group that includes Wall, Clematis Cottage and Wall, Hollywood House, and Oddlands House, contributing to its group value.
