Description

Elmbridge Cottage is a 17th-century cottage located on Kingsfield Road in Westfield, Woking. It features a timber frame set on a rendered plinth with whitewashed brick infill and a thatched roof, which has a ridge stack positioned to the left of center. The cottage is two stories tall and has a brick band above the ground floor. On the first floor, there are three leaded casement windows, some of which have a diamond pattern. To the left of center, there is a planked door situated under a gable porch hood supported by wooden brackets. The timber frame is exposed on the return fronts of the building. Additionally, there is a two-story 20th-century wing at the rear left of the cottage.
