Description
Lower Westfield Farm House is an early 18th-century house. It is timber framed and encased in brick, featuring a half hipped plain tiled roof. There is a large rendered ridge stack on the left and a newer end stack on the right. The house has two storeys with an irregular arrangement of casement windows, including three on the first floor. The ground floor windows are set under cambered heads. To the left end, there is a planked door leading into a flat roof extension, and another planked door is located on the right-hand return front, sheltered by a gabled porch hood supported by wooden posts. At the rear, there is a catslide extension.
