Barn and stables, now store. C16 barn with C19 stables to the east end. Queen strut timber frame, brick exterior to the south, weatherboard to the north; hipped plain tile roof. 4 bays, brick aisle on lower level under catslide roof to left end of north side; gable front stable projecting to the right half with board door and shuttered windows either side under cambered hoods.

The barn forms a group with Upper Sydenhurst Farmhouse.
