House, now offices. Mid C18, altered. Red brick in Flemish bond with brighter-red brick dressings; concealed plain tile roof. 3 storeys, 5 bays. C20 shop front. Windows have sashes in reveals with flat brick arches and projecting sills, on 1st floor having upper sashes only remaining of former 12-pane sashes; on 2nd floor having 6-pane sashes. 2nd floor platband. Parapet with stone coping. End stacks. Interior: on 1st floor, right-hand room has fireplace with eared architrave and old 2-panel door on its right.
