Description
This building, originally a house and now used as offices, dates from the mid-18th century and has been altered over time. It is constructed of red brick in Flemish bond, featuring brighter-red brick dressings, and has a concealed plain tile roof. The structure stands three stories tall with five bays. The ground floor has a 20th-century shop front. The windows consist of sashes set in reveals, with flat brick arches and projecting sills. The first floor retains upper sashes from former 12-pane sashes, while the second floor features 6-pane sashes. A platband runs along the second floor, and there is a parapet with stone coping, along with end stacks. Inside, the right-hand room on the first floor includes a fireplace with an eared architrave and an old two-panel door to its right.
