An early 19th-century building comprising Nos. 36 and 37 Castle Street. The exterior is colour-washed stucco with a projecting plinth. Strings are located at the first and second floor levels, and the building has flat eaves with a slate roof. It features two windows with architrave frames, and two six-panel doors are situated in the outer corners, also framed by architraves and protected by flat, moulded hoods supported on double scroll-cut brackets. The hood over No. 36’s entrance is broken forward over the brackets. A cellar window is present at No. 36.
