Description

This is a 19th-century building on the south-east side of West Street. It is three storeys high and has three bays. The roof is tiled with hips to the east. The front of the building is stuccoed, with a decorative band running between the first and second floors. The windows are three panes wide, set in reveals. A modern shop front is present, although remnants of the original late 19th- to early 20th-century casing remain. A red brick wall extends to the rear of the property. Behind the main building is a long, two-storey range dating from the late 18th to 19th centuries. This section is constructed of multi-coloured brick and has a tiled gabled roof with a dentil eaves cornice. The fenestration is irregular.
