Description

No. 78 Ockford Road is a house from the early to mid-19th century that has been altered. It is finished in stucco and has a Welsh slate roof. The building has three storeys and two bays. On the right side, there is a door made up of six raised and fielded panels, framed by an architrave with columns and a bracketed cornice. To the left, there is a 1970s unequally-hung 15-pane sash window. The first floor features 1970s sash windows with glazing bars, while the second floor has 1970s unequally-hung 9-pane sashes. All the windows have projecting sills. There is a broad rebuilt stack at the left end of the house. This property is included for its group value.
