Description
Nos 23 and 24 on Lower Church Lane are early 19th-century buildings with a timber-framed core. They are two storeys high and constructed of red brick, topped with a slate roof. Each house features one window above and below, although some of the glazing bars are missing, and there is one door that has been altered. The east gable wall reveals panels of timber-framing with rendered infilling. These buildings are part of a group that includes Nos 18 and 19, as well as Nos 22 to 31 consecutively.
