Description

Weavers is a cottage, possibly the remains of a larger house, dating from the 17th century. It features a timber frame set on a rendered plinth, with whitewashed brick cladding and a plain tiled roof that has tile-hung gable ends. The building is two storeys high and has a stack at the rear. On the first floor, there are two casement windows, and there are two more on the ground floor, both under cambered heads. To the right, there is a half-glazed door located in a porch with wavy-edged weatherboarding. A pentice extension is present on the left side. Weavers is included for its group value as part of the village scene.
