Description
Timbrells is a house dating from the late 18th century, with an extension added in the 19th century. It features whitewashed brick on a rendered plinth and has low-pitched, hipped slate roofs. The building is two storeys high and has brick dentil eaves over the original three-bay range, with an additional one-bay section on the left. There is an end stack on the left and rear stacks on both the left and right sides of the main range. The house has 12-pane glazing bar sash windows, with four on the first floor under gauged brick heads that are now rendered and covered. On the ground floor, there is one 12-pane glazing bar sash window on the right and two larger 16-pane sash windows on the left. The entrance features a panelled door that was originally located in the centre, sheltered by a heavy flat hood supported on braces.
