Description
The Old Manor House at Sydney Farm is a 17th-century house. It is brick in the lower part, with tile hanging above, and has a hipped roof covered in plain tiles. A brick string course runs above the ground floor, and the eaves are coved. A 17th-century stack has been partially rebuilt and is located to the left of the centre, featuring a corbelled top. Four casement windows are on the first floor, and three larger windows are on the ground floor. A door is positioned to the right. Outshots project from the rear on both the right and left sides, and some rear sections feature fishscale tile hanging. Inside, a deep fireplace is present, and some partition framing is exposed.
