Description
Raggetts is a cottage dating from the late 17th century, with a 19th-century extension to the left. It features a timber frame of thin scantling, whitewashed brick infill, and a plain tiled roof. The building is two storeys high and partly sits on a sandstone rubble plinth. There is an end stack to the left and an offset stack at the rear. The cottage has three framed bays, with an additional bay from the extension. On each floor, there are three leaded casement windows, some of which have decorative arched head tracery bars. The door is located to the right of centre, with a pentice extension set back to the left end and a further extension at the rear, resulting in irregular fenestration.
