Description

North Cottage and South Cottage are 18th-century cottages, with later extensions. They are two storeys high, presenting a four-window facade, with a pent-roofed extension to the right. The roof is tiled and hipped at the right side, with a bellcast profile. The first floor is tile-hung in bands, while the ground floor is red brick, of differing periods, suggesting the possibility of an underlying timber frame. Segmental arches frame the windows, which are fitted with modern small-paned casements. The doors are plain.
