Description

Pear Tree Cottages, dating from the 18th century, are two-storey buildings with attics. The ground floor is faced with flints and features red brick window dressings and quoins. The upper level is constructed of red brick with a string course separating the floors. The cottages have a tiled roof with two hipped dormers and a moulded eaves cornice. There are three casement windows and doorcases topped with flat hoods supported by brackets. S-shaped iron ties and a sundial are also present. Number 52 includes a modern two-storey extension.
