Description

Yew Tree Cottage is a 16th-century cottage located on Skinner's Lane in Chiddingfold. It features a square panel timber frame with whitewashed brick and render infill, topped by a plain tile roof that has a ridge stack on the left and an off-centre stack on the right. The cottage is two storeys high and consists of three bays, with mixed casement windows from the 19th century. There is a boarded door situated in a porch recess to the left of the centre. To the left, there is a 19th-century brick and tile hung addition, and to the right, there is a single-storey outshot. Inside, the cottage has a deep brick fireplace.
