Description
This barn, located to the southeast of the house at Hawkins Farm, was built in the 18th century and re-roofed in the 20th century. It is timber-framed and stands on a brick plinth, with weatherboard cladding and a plain tiled roof; the roof is half-hipped to the right and extends into an aisle over the front. The barn has four bays, with doors at the left end and in the centre. There is a window to the right, and a further stable door in the right-hand return front. Inside, the barn features a queen-strut roof and diagonal bracing on the wall frame.
