This is a 17th-century barn, now used as a store, located 15 yards southwest of Old Town House in Lingfield. The barn is timber-framed and has weatherboard cladding, topped with a plain tiled roof. It features three rectangular framed bays and has double doors on the left and center of the east side. This building is included in the listing for its group value context.
