Description
The lodge to Tandridge Hall, now a cottage, dates from the early 19th century and has 20th-century extensions. It features incised render on the plinth and a slate roof with a rendered ridge stack at the center. The building has a T-shaped plan and is single storey, with its main front facing at right angles to the street. A full-width Doric portico includes end pilasters and two fluted Greek Doric columns at the center. On either side of the central half-glazed door, which is set in an architrave surround, are two glazing bar sash windows. The street front also has two glazing bar sash windows, each in architrave surrounds. At the rear, there is a single-storey flat roof extension with a glazed door positioned to the left of center.
