Description
Michaelmas Hall is a barn that has been converted into a house. It dates back to the 16th century and underwent restoration in 1983. The building features a timber frame set on a brick and stone plinth, with weatherboard cladding and a plain tiled roof that has brick stacks at the rear right. It stands two storeys high and consists of three framed bays with irregular window arrangements. There are four casement windows on the first floor and five on the ground floor. To the right of the centre, there is an arched Tudor-style door. The ends of the building have pent roof extensions. Inside, the framing is visible. Michaelmas Hall is included in the listing for its group value with Bricklands Farm House.
