Half hipped roof with gablets, plain tiled on front, Horsham slabs to rear, Offset end stack to right, Two storeys, 2 diamond pane leaded casement windows on first floor. Ribbed door in open gabled timber porch with wooden supports to right of centre. Pentice roof extension to left end, single storey extension to rear.
