Timber framed on brick and stone plinth, red and brown brick cladding below tile hung above; plain tiled half hipped roof with end stack to left and rear stack to left of centre. 2 storeys, 4 casement windows across first floor. Part glazed plank door to left of centre under pent porch hood on wooden braces. Left hand return front: framing exposed.
