Description

The Terrace is a house built in 1808 by John Saunders, located on London Road in Camberley. It features brown brick construction with gault brick dressings and a hipped slate roof. The building stands three storeys tall on a plinth, with a plat band above the ground floor and boxed eaves, and has stacks at the front center. The house has four bays, with a square extension at the ground floor that projects under a hipped roof. It has glazing bar sash windows throughout, which are shallower on the second floor and set under gault brick heads. At the ends, there are one bay extensions, with a six-panel door to the left. The house was formerly divided and is part of a terrace built for Officers of the Royal Military Academy.
