Description

The Terrace is a house built in 1808 by John Saunders, located on London Road in Camberley. It features brown brick with gault brick dressings and a hipped slate roof. The building has three storeys set on a plinth, with a plat band above the ground floor and boxed eaves, as well as stacks at the front center. It consists of four bays, with a square extension at the ground floor that projects under a flat roof. The windows are glazing bar sash windows, which are shallower on the second floor and set under gault brick heads. There is a one bay extension at each end and a boarded door on the right side. The house was formerly divided and is part of a terrace built for Officers of the Royal Military Academy.
