Description

The Terrace is a house built in 1808 by John Saunders, located on London Road in Camberley. It features brown brick with gault brick dressings and has a hipped slate roof. The building stands three storeys high on a plinth, with a plat band over the ground floor and boxed eaves, as well as stacks at the front of the center.

The house has four bays, with a square extension at the ground floor that almost spans the full width and is topped with a flat roof. It has glazing bar sash windows throughout, which are shallower on the second floor and set under gault brick heads. There are one bay extensions at both ends and a boarded door on the right side. The house originally was divided and is part of a terrace built for Officers of the Royal Military Academy.
