Description

Hardwick Court Farmhouse is a two-storey and attic building dating from the 16th and 17th centuries. Constructed of red brick, it features five windows and two gable ends, along with three chimneys, one of which has a group of engaged shafts set diagonally. The house has near-flush-frame casements, some of which include mullion transoms with leaded glazing. The back of the house retains more of its original features compared to the front. The right-hand portion of the house was damaged by enemy action and was rebuilt in a style that differs from the original. Inside, there is a good quality of panelling.
