  1. C17 with alterations. Brick, limewashed. 2 storey. Tile roof. Massive projecting end chimney. 3 window range of near-flush-frame sash windows with glazing bars. Ground floor verandah, with ornamental tile roof. Lawned garden with topiary. Interior: semi-circular headed arcading and recesses converted to cupboards. Some timber cross beams of considerable size. Well proportioned rooms.
