Description

This is an early 17th century timber-framed building located on High Street, Reigate. It has a wide gable end facing the road, standing two storeys high with an attic, and originally featuring three windows. The building was re-fronted; the upper portion is now clad in fishscale tile hanging above the first-floor windows, while the lower portion is red brick with grey headers. It has a tiled roof. The first floor contains 19th-century casement windows with transoms. A modern double shop front occupies the ground floor. On the return to the right, there is good quality large square timber framing with brick infill.
