Description

No 30 High Street is a building dated 1791, located on the east side of High Street in Merstham. It is two storeys tall with a stuccoed front, while the right return features stone rubble and red brick. The roof is tiled. On the first floor, there is one 19th-century sash window. The ground floor has three windows, one of which is a canted bay with a slate roof, and all are sashes with margin lights.
