Description

St Nicholas Cottage is a house dating from the 18th century, although it has undergone alterations since its original construction. The interior may contain earlier elements, and a rear wing is likely from an even earlier date. The house is two storeys high with three windows. It has a tiled roof and roughcast walls. Modern casement windows with leaded panes are visible, along with a small bow window. The front features a plank door sheltered by a bracketed hood. St Nicholas Cottage is part of a group of buildings including The Old Manor, Court Cottage, North Cottage, Priors’ Mead, and associated walls and gate piers located to the southeast of Priors’ Mead.
