Description

Southerns Farm is a 17th-century farmhouse featuring a timber frame construction with a rendered ground floor and tile hanging above. The building has parallel range roofs with tile-hung gables and a gable end stack on the right side. It stands two storeys high and includes casement windows, with three located across the first floor. The farmhouse has a central rendered and glazed porch that contains a glazed door. There are gable end windows and a 20th-century extension to the left. Additionally, a 19th-century brick laundry room is attached to the rear of the house by a passage. The farmhouse has group value with the associated farm outbuildings.
