Description

Church Farmhouse is a 17th-century farmhouse that features a timber frame and plastered exterior, with a brick gable end on the west side. The roof has pantiles on the south slope and shingles on the north slope. The building is two storeys high with an attic and has a four-window range, primarily consisting of three-light casements. The doorway is asymmetrical and set within a mid-19th century gabled brick porch, which has a slated roof and scalloped barge boards. The door is a six-panel design with a semi-circular fanlight that includes glazing bars. There are two gabled dormers on the roof, and the farmhouse has one internal and one external stack, along with a brick lean-to at the rear.
