Description
Stone Farmhouse is a 17th-century farmhouse that features a timber frame with plastering, originally in panels, and a plain-tiled roof. The building has two storeys and a three-window range with two-light and three-light casements. The doorway is asymmetrical and is set beneath a mid-19th century gabled and slated brick porch with wavy bargeboards. The porch contains a six-panel door, with the upper two panels being glazed. To the left of the porch, there is a ground floor flat-roofed bay that has paired mid-19th century sash windows. At the north-west end, there is an additional doorway with a boarded door. The farmhouse has one internal stack and one gable end stack, along with lean-to extensions on the north-west and north-east sides.
