Description

Nine Acres is a 17th-century cottage that was extended to the right in the 20th century. It features a timber frame with brick infill, a brick underbuild, and brick extensions, while the first floor is tile hung on the right side. The roof is plain tiled. The cottage has two storeys, with stacks located to the left, left of centre, and a large 20th-century stack on the right. There is a projecting extension to the right, which includes a large six-light window on the first floor and a larger six-light window below it. Additionally, there are three 20th-century windows on the first floor to the left and centre, and three windows below. A door is located to the left in the brick garage extension.
