Description
Percy Villas is a house built in the 1740s. It is constructed of brown and red brick, featuring some blue headers in the window arches on the ground floor. The building has a plain tiled half hipped roof and stands two storeys tall, with a prominent tall stack on the left side. There is a plinth with a plat band above the ground floor. The front of the house has a regular arrangement of four casement windows on the first floor and three cambered head casement windows below. To the left of centre, there is a six-panel door set in a moulded brick surround, topped with a bracketed hood.
