Description

This is a late 16th-century house, largely restored in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. It is timber-framed and has been covered with whitewashed roughcast, topped with plain tiled roofs. The house is one storey high with an attic, featuring two gabled eaves dormers containing leaded casement windows. A stack is located at the rear centre. The ground floor has an irregular arrangement of wood-framed, leaded-casement windows, with six windows in total. It incorporates two angle bay oriels on wooden bases to the left and right. A half-glazed door is centrally positioned, with a window to the right. There is a penticed roof extension on the ground floor to the right. This building is included on the heritage list solely for its contribution to the wider Group Value of the area.
