Description

This is an early to mid-18th century building of two storeys, located on Chalk Lane in Epsom. The building is constructed of colourwashed brick with an old tile roof. It features two ranges of windows; the ground floor windows are sash windows, while the upper floor windows are modern casements. The front of the building includes flush-panelled doors, each with a simple hood above. The building is part of a group which also includes Westgate House, Woodcote Mews, No. 5 and Nos. 2 to 14 (even), No. 10 Woodcote Road, Woodcote Green House and No. 2 Woodcote Green Road.
