Description
The boundary walls to No. 80 on Worple Street in Epsom date from the 17th and 18th centuries. The northwest wall is approximately nine feet high and constructed in 17th century English bond. In the center of this wall, there are remains of a Victorian hot house, which features a central brick chimney with a rendered top, a cement plinth, and iron brackets. The other walls are made of 18th century brickwork in Flemish bond, with the northeast section displaying pilasters at regular intervals. These walls originally formed part of the garden walls of Westgate House, which was formerly known as Woodcote Place in Chalk Lane.
