GV II Late C18. Two storeys. North elevation facing Woodcote End House: red brick, projecting centre under pediment with blocked centre window flanked by round headed rubber brick niches with bands and paterae over, cornice above. Parapet. Hipped slate roof. Flanking parts with similar blocked round headed windows. Elevation to Westcote Road with hipped clay tile roof.

Queen Anne House including garden wall, Woodcote End House and Nos 7 to 11 (odd) form a group.
