No 10 Woodcote Road is an 18th-century building featuring painted weatherboard and a tiled roof. It has two storeys and two casement windows. On the ground floor, there is an early 19th-century shop on the left side, which includes glazing bars. To the right, there is a mid-19th-century weather-boarded extension. This property is part of a group that includes Woodcote Green House, No 2 Woodcote Green Road, and Nos 2 to 14 (even), Westgate House, Woodcote Mews, and No 5 Chalk Lane.
