Description

Castle House is an early 19th-century building on Epsom’s East Side, part of a group with numbers 54 to 62. It is rendered and stands three storeys high. The roof is hidden behind a crenellated parapet. The front elevation features two ranges of casement windows with glazing bars; those on the second floor have pointed fanlights above. The end elevation has one range of casement windows with glazing bars and a pointed fanlight over the second-floor window, although the ground-floor window is a sash.
