Description

Cedars Cottage is a late 17th century to early 18th century building located on Church Street in Epsom. It is two storeys high and constructed of red brick. The cottage features six modern sash windows and one small casement window on the left side. The ground floor includes a 19th century cemented bay window. The building has brick eaves and a hipped roof covered with old tiles. Cedars Cottage is part of a group that includes Nos 14 to 24 (even), Nos 24A, 24B, an outhouse to the north of No 18, and the Old King's Head Public House.
