Description

The outhouse located to the north of No 18 Church Street in Epsom is a mid-19th century structure. The ground floor is built of brick, while the upper part is weatherboarded. It features a pitched roof covered with pantiles and has decorative bargeboards. The building stands two stories tall, with a one-story coachhouse extension that includes a pointed louvre and ornamental iron plaques. This outhouse, along with Nos 14 to 24 (even), Nos 24A, 24B, and the Old King's Head Public House, forms a group of historically significant buildings.
