Description
This is a late 17th-century building on Epsom High Street, comprising two storeys and originally constructed of clourwashed and plastered brick. The front features sash windows, with a three-light window centrally positioned and another to the right. A parapet with a balustrade tops the structure, and it includes four flat-roofed dormers. Later 19th-century and modern shop fronts are incorporated into the ground floor.
