Description

The Marquis of Granby Public House is an 18th-century building located on the north side of West Street in Epsom. It is two storeys high and constructed of red brick. The building features a central two-storey projecting ornamental porch from the 19th century. The roof is covered with old tiles and includes two dormers. There is a modillion eaves cornice and a parapet. The rear of the building is weatherboarded. Inside, there is a 19th-century bar with consoles and a lead top. The public house is part of a group with Nos 2 to 10 (even) and No 124 High Street.
