East Lodge, located to the southwest of Clock House, is a former lodge built in the early 19th century, with some later extensions. The building is finished in stucco and features a slate roof topped with a central stuccoed chimneystack. It has a pedimented gable that includes a blank oculus and a single 16-pane sash window. To the left, there is a door featuring a 20th-century pedimented hood and a six-panelled door. A later addition on the right, which obscures the original window, is a single-storey structure with a hipped slate roof and 16-pane sashes. The left side has a set-back extension that includes one window and a bay addition at the rear, which also obscures an original window.
