Description

These are two 18th-century houses located on the south side of Dorking Road in Epsom. They are two storeys high with painted weatherboarding. The houses feature two casement windows and two small bay windows on the ground floor, along with two plank doors. An old tile roof and a central chimney stack are also present. The property is part of a group that includes numbers 71 and 75, and incorporates forecourt walls, piers, a clairvoyee (a dormer window with a broken pediment), gates, and railings.
