Description
These are two early 19th-century buildings on College Road, Epsom. They are weatherboarded with a pitched slate roof and a catslide pantile to the rear, featuring bargeboarded gable ends. The buildings are two storeys high, with two ranges of sashes containing glazing bars. A door is topped by a flat hood supported on cut brackets. A sash window with glazing bars is present on the north elevation. Numbers 17 to 27 (odd numbers) on College Road form a group.
