Description
Nos 17 and 19 College Road are early 19th-century buildings that are weatherboarded with a pitched slate roof and bargeboarded gable ends. They stand two storeys tall and feature two ranges of sash windows with glazing bars. Number 17 has a door with four flush panels and a flat hood supported by cut brackets, along with two Yorkshire casements with glazing bars on the south elevation. Number 19 has a half-glazed door with a flat hood on cut brackets and two casements with glazing bars on the north elevation. These buildings, along with Nos 17 to 27 (odd), form a group.
