EPSOM 1. 1086 COLLEGE ROAD (North Side) TQ 2160 30/374 Nos 17 and 19 II GV

Early C19. Weatherboarded. Pitched slate roof. Bargeboarded gable ends. Two storeys. Two ranges of sashes with glazing bars. No 17 has door with 4 flush panels, and flat hood on cut brackets. Two Yorkshire casements with glazing bars in South elevation. No 19 has a half-glazed door with flat hood on cut brackets. Two casements with glazing bars in North elevation.

Nos 17 to 27 (odd) form a group.
