Description
No. 12, Downside is an early 19th-century house constructed of stock brick, with a hipped slate roof. The house has two storeys and features three ranges of sash windows, each with marginal glazing bars within moulded surrounds. A fretwork porch with a tent roof and bargeboards is a distinctive feature. To the south is a two-storey coachhouse extension. The building has group value.
